What do you need to know in order to get a job with Quehenberger Logistics? First of all, it depends on your qualifications and your convincing personality. In the following, we will share some additional tips and tricks with you, which could be useful.


  • Inform yourself about the company.
  • Match the job profile with your own experiences and competencies.
  • Make sure that your CV is informative and conclusive.
  • Explain your motivation. Why are you the right person for the job? Why do you fit best into our company?
  • Indicate in the CV your fields of activity – in particular, with regard to the job ad.

Job interview

  • Careful preparation is most important: inform yourself about the company and the job you are applying for.
  • Be punctual.
  • Pay attention to a polite, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Pay attention to the way you are seated and how fast you are talking.

How is the application process? What happens with my application, after I have sent it to you?

We check your application and pass it on to the Manager in charge. You’ll receive an answer as soon as possible and, at best, we invite you to a personal interview. In some cases, the interview is on the phone, and sometimes there is a second and third selection round. In some cases, we use tests in order to determine the professional qualification.

How long do I have to wait for an answer?

You’ll get immediately a confirmation concerning the receipt of your application. The application process may take shorter or longer periods of time.

Is it sufficient to send my Xing- of LinkedIn-profile, or should I send my application by post/mail?

We prefer to receive the candidate’s online application with complete documents.

Which documents should the application include?

Your CV, a letter of motivation, a selection of relevant, conclusive certificates – in PDF format at best.

Do you offer summer internships at Quehenberger Logistcs?

In general, we do not offer summer internships.

Do you offer support for Bachelor - and Master theses?

Yes, if it is a suitable topic, we are with pleasure at your disposal.

We repeatedly offer to members of work foundations the opportunity to take part in a vocational training in our company – including the participation in in-house training programs.

A minimum salary is mentioned in Austrian job ads. What does it mean?

That is a legal requirement, for orientational purposes. Overpayment is possible according to the respective qualification.
