Dispatching

Dispatching is our core business and it is a very diverse field. Your daily work in dispatching includes manifold challenges. That’s why the requirements are different. This – in turn – is due to the market requirements and legal regulations (driving times, dangerous goods, driving restrictions). Our shipments include national and international transports of goods with different transport requirements (pharmaceutical products, food, fashion).

Customer Service &
Order Management

Order management checks whether order processing is correctly done. Is the transmission of data and deadlines correct? Do we need a tail lift? Are all data complete? Are the dimensions included? This is the interface to quality control, here we decide whether the order can be processed.

  • Checking of consignment data received from the customer or partner
  • Tracking & tracing of shipments
  • Claim management
  • Stock control
  • Dangerous goods control
  • Management of customer inquiries concerning claims
  • Delivery receipt queries
