For Apprentices and Trainees
The Young Generation Program for apprentices and trainees lasts three years and offers, based on a variety of modules with in-house and external trainers, a comprehensive professional, methodological, social, and personal vocational training.
What is quite special about it is the Mobility Program as apprentices and trainees get the chance, for example, to go abroad for one month in order to gain work experience in other countries. It is the perfect opportunity to improve a foreign language, to make new contacts, and to gain experience.
For career changers or administrative staff who would like to specialise in certain professional areas.
Quehenberger’s core competence and one of the biggest growth areas is FTL/LTL.
In this context, the Q Direct Program offers a solid vocational training to become a Dispatcher in order to have optimally trained employees. This training addresses to apprentices who have completed their vocational training at Quehenberger, and to employees who started to work with Quehenberger as career changers. The latter ones receive a two-stage training, supplemented by selected modules of the Young Generation Program.
For High Potentials
The Young Professional Program, offered in cooperation with the SMBS (Salzburg Management Business School), lasts 18 months, and addresses to young employees who intend to assume management tasks or plan a specialist career. This vocational training includes the transfer of practical know-how and a further development of management skills.
